Providence Community Services specializes in providing children’s and adolescent counseling services. An interdisciplinary team of talented professionals delivers home- and school-based therapeutic activities that address the increased demand for therapeutic services among youth. Counseling is structured to improve coping ability and independent functioning.

Children’s Behavioral Health, Inc. (CBH) specializes in providing outpatient behavioral health services to children and adolescents in the school, home, and community settings. Specifically, CBH provides two programs in the state of Pennsylvania: Partial Hospitalization Program (for children) and Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS).

The Partial Hospitalization Program is an intensive program designed to provide mental health treatment and education to children aged 5-14 with emotional and behavioral disturbances. The Program is designed for children who display behaviors or have needs severe enough to warrant an out of school placement, yet have enough support and self control to be able to function in the home environment during the evenings and weekends.

Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) are available for children and/or adolescents up to the age of 21 who present with social, emotional, or behavioral issues that result in impairment that substantially interferes with or limits the child’s role or functioning in family, school, or community activities. BHRS services will or are reasonably expected to improve or stabilize certain behavioral symptoms exhibited by children/adolescents.

The ReDCo Group (“ReDCo”) is a state licensed human service provider offering a diverse continuum of community-based programs. “Linking resources with community needs,” reflects ReDCo’s philosophy of service delivery. The spectrum of activities offered by ReDCo includes oversight of public transportation, comprehensive care for developmentally disabled persons, and a full array of behavioral health activities.

ReDCo has developed expertise in workforce development . Funding is provided through the federal Workforce Investment Act. The ReDCo Workforce Investment Networks division includes approximately thirty professionals. In Pennsylvania, the state has established community centers known as CareerLinks, which cluster the following services:

  • Access to state unemployment benefits
  • Youth career resources
  • Services for persons with employment disabilities
  • Access to public welfare.

Collectively, divisions within ReDCo serve consumers with a focus on independence, individual potential, and preserving the family unit. The premise of service delivery is customizing services to individual needs. The ReDCo Group boasts a 25+ year proven track record for service quality and cost efficiencies.

LogistiCare has been managing non-emergency medical (NEMT) and other social service transportation programs for government agencies and managed care organization (MCOs) since 1989. LogistiCare currently is the nation’s largest and most experienced manager of Medicaid NEMT programs for state governments and MCOs, providing over 17 million NEMT trips annually in 36 states and the District of Columbia. LogsitiCare has also managed other types of human service transportation programs such as ADA paratransit, school transportation, commercial ambulance, and elderly dial-a-ride services.

LogistiCare pioneered what is known as the “brokerage” model for delivering transportation services. Under the brokerage model, the funding entity outsources the management of their transportation benefit to a professional transportation management company, usually under a full-risk capitated financial arrangement. LogistiCare’s consistent record of cost saving and service quality has been instrumental in the increasing adoption of the NEMT broker model by state Medicaid agencies and MCOs throughout the country.
